However, it may become slippery if you have lotion on when practicing on the mat. The mat can be easily cleaned with a vinegar and water solution or a tea tree oil mixture, and it remains tacky enough to prevent slipping. Some users have reported that the grip starts to wear off after a few months of use, but it still holds onto the floor and yoga towel. The mat is sticky even without sweat and is also cushiony. It is 74X26 and 5mm thick.
