They have a strap to hold your forearm in place and a horn to alert someone when they are in your way. The crutches also have a light in case you are walking with them in the dark. The built quality of the crutches is top-notch and very flexible in terms of adjustability. Some customers found the bulge on the rubber handgrips uncomfortable, but they were able to adjust their grip and wear bicycle gloves to make them more comfortable.
