The Bolt Dropper 38 X 3 Stainless Wedge Anchor 10 Pack is made of commercial grade washers and nuts and 18-8 stainless steel that is corrosion resistant. Users should drill holes at least 1/2 inch deeper than the specified minimum embedment depth and should not use them on anything other than solid concrete. The stainless steel has a shear strength of 1,909 pounds through the thread. One user recommends cleaning the drill holes and using epoxy to increase the pull out strength of the anchors.
