What kind of battery and how long a set of batter last?
Answer: 4 AA and they seem to last pretty long. Not sure on an exact number of on cycles. -

Answer: This faucet will come set up to run off of batteries that are supplied with it. The batteries are installed into the control box under the deck. -

How do you change from hot to cold?
Answer: The Zurn Z6915-XL does not have an above the deck (ADM) option. The only way to change the temperature of the water is up use a P6900-XL-MV below deck mixing valve. If you wishes for a sensor operated faucet with above the deck mixing capabilities then I would recommend the Z6950-XL-ADM. -
