However, the phone case is brittle plastic, so the lugs that hold on the back break off easily, and it won't work unless you use duck tape. The clamshell feels fine and is not loose. The phone does not have a camera or Bluetooth but is small, light in weight, and indestructible. It is a quality phone that is quick to deliver and perfect for those who only need to talk and text.
