It has three gaskets and comes with a backwash hose for cleaning. The manufacturer recommends changing the filter every six months or as needed, depending on the quality of sediment in the water. It can be attached to the site faucet and can hang from a camper. Although it is designed in the USA, it is manufactured in China.
