Answer: Battery is included, but I wouldn't expect to ever need a second one. The light I ordered didn't work for more than 2 months and I only used it 3 times, never dropped and never got wet. This thing is garbage, and I would recommend spending at least $100 on a different, quality under barrel attachment. -
