This review is for Trunature Vision Complex Lutein & Zeaxanthin. The bottle contains 140 softgels. Each softgel contains Lutein 25 mg, and Zeaxanthin 5 mg. The softgels are red in color, but the bottle does not mention any food dyes used to achieve the color. The ingredients include Sunflower Oil, Lutein, Gelatin, Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, Purified Water USP, Lecithin, Annatto Oil, Titanium Dioxide, and Soy. There is no known toxic effect of these ingredients and they are safe to Consume. There is no zinc or vitamin A in this supplement. One softgel per day is enough. Customers have positively reviewed this supplement, whereby senior citizens have experienced slow decline in eye health have reported improvement in vision and overall eye health while using this product. The supplement is also reported to have slowed down the decline of cataracts in some individuals. Another reviewer had initially purchased the supplement just based on hearsay, but later understood the significance of the supplement and how it helped their vision when they stopped using it for two to three weeks and started feeling the need for reading glasses.
