The plastic film is .007 thick and some customers have noted that it can tear after cutting, so it may not work well for intricate stencils. However, the .020 thickness may work better. The plastic film is not food/medical grade and may not be suitable for those purposes. It's a great bargain for a material that can be used creatively in many different ways!
