This 192-ounce container has a shelf life of 270 days from the date of manufacture, as indicated by the 8 digit code in Julian date format on each bucket. The glaze can be easily colored using food colorings and used for dipping petit fours. Reviews: Customers have diverse experiences, with most finding it to be a great product. One customer, however, received a filthy container while another found the icing to be too sweet.
