Constructed with high-quality materials, this oil seal is made from acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and features a black color with a hardness of 75 Shore A. The components of this seal include an unalloyed steel metal insert according to DIN 1624 - EN10139 standards, a spring made from spring steel 17223, and a dirt wiper made from polyurethane (AU).

Designed for optimal performance in various operating conditions, this oil seal can withstand temperatures of up to 80℃, speeds of up to 4 m/s, and pressures of up to 0.05 MPa. It is important to note that not all extreme conditions may occur simultaneously. When it comes to fitting and installation, this oil seal requires a shaft with ISO h11 tolerance and IT 8 runout. The recommended roughness for the shaft is Ra=0.2 .

0.8 μm, Rz=1.0 ... 5.0 μm with a maximum Rmax of 6.3 μm. The hardness should range from 45 to 60 HRC, and the finish should be plunge ground without lead.

The housing bore should have an ISO H8 tolerance, with a roughness of Rz = 10 ... 16 μm on the metal outer surface OD.
