GPI Hand Fuel Pumps EZ-8 Editorial Review
The GPI - G8P Fuel Transfer Pump is a portable fuel pump with an 8 GPM flow rate, 8' dispensing hose, 8' suction hose, power cord, and alligator clamps. It can be installed on a 55-gallon drum and has an automatic bypass valve. Customers are recommended to not run the pump for more than 5 minutes with the nozzle closed to avoid motor damage. It is not recommended for oil pumping but is compatible with diesel, gasoline, and up to 20 percent biodiesel blends such as B20, and up to 15 percent alcohol blends such as E15. The pump is easy to install and use, with most customers happy with their purchase. However, some customers have had issues with slow shipping and delivery, and one customer experienced problems with the pump after minimal use.
