Although the brush roller keeps spinning while using the hose attachment, causing the vacuum cleaner to leave impressions on the carpet, the impressions are quickly vacuumed away. The vacuum cleaner has no suction ability at the base when attachments are in use and does not blow out dust while vacuuming. However, the vacuum cleaner has had some quality issues, such as a broken height adjustment after only five months of use, a main belt that snapped in half after six months of use, poor connection with the removable basket, and a short lifespan for some users. Some reviewers also found the vacuum cleaner heavy, hard to maneuver, and inconvenient to use.
